Hello, I’m Cassie, it’s so great to meet you!
I’m a Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth educator and Postpartum Doula living in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne with my husband and 2 (very energetic!) beautiful sons.
I am so passionate about spreading the message of positive birthing and truly supported postpartum care. I work with women and partners guiding them to feel empowered, confident, prepared, informed and excited to enter this life changing chapter in their lives.
My passion for Hypnobirthing began 8 years ago when I birthed my son using the tools and techniques I had learned during my own Hypnobirthing classes. I experienced first hand the power of evidence based education, having an incredible support partner & a positive, strong mindset to achieve my incredible labour and birth.
I also support mothers through the transition into motherhood, I love to nurture, nourish whether it be your first baby or fourth. To nurture, nourish, support and hold space for new Mothers, so she can focus on healing, resting and bonding with her new baby, and relish in that newborn love bubble.
I feel so honoured to be invited into a family’s home, whether it be to pop the kettle on and sit down and have a good chat over a cuppa with an open heart and a listening ear or whether it’s to cook up a storm of warm, nourishing and delicious meals & snacks for the family – I am here for you.
