I’m a Mum who was worried about birth and becoming a mum. After making some mistakes and listening to WAY TOO many people.

I decided I needed to do it MY way!

I want to support you to do it YOUR WAY. I will support YOU to have a Wonderful Birth and start your journey into motherhood. I teach the AMAZING Wise Hippo Programs.

I will teach you how to:

• Lose your FEAR of Birth
• Become an EXPERT in RELAXATION
• Learn HYPNOSIS and BREATHING techniques for Labour and Birth
• Learn POSITIONS for BIRTH
• Skills in practical BIRTH PLANNING
• My antenatal classes are in Sydney and online.
• My groups and courses will build your confidence and boost YOUR belief in yourself, to become the mum that you want to be. You will LOSE those WORRIES about whether you can cope.

You will learn to be confident and in control.
