I provide holistic continuity of care during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period in the Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.
My purpose is to provide a safe, empowering and memorable birthing experience for families and to impart knowledge, education and wisdom for you to make informed choices free of any bias or judgement. I will be the calm presence you can rely on.
My style is women-centred care. I listen to what you want and need and support your decisions no matter what. I will be your birth bestie and hold space for you to express yourself without judgement. What you want matters to me and together we will keep your needs and wants the central focus of care because every woman and every pregnancy is different.
I will be there to support you all the way, from hospital births to home birth and everything in between.
My love language is food and I owned a whole food cafe and yoga studio for 7 years, so love preparing nutritious, ayurvedic inspired food during the postpartum period especially (although I never turn up empty handed)!
