After working for over a decade as a midwife across different states, towns and in both country and city areas, I’ve really seen the impact in many different communities that trauma around the pregnancy, birth and parenting experience can cause.
I initially started my small business to address this - training in mindset and coaching techniques to be able to achieve results within a short space of time.
I’ve since expanded my business to include niche birth education for specific areas such as caesareans, birth after caesarean, gestational diabetes, parenting, dads-only, refresher courses, and more!
Now, I also offer baby massage courses and workshops for parents to help with a whole range of regulation and bonding techniques, including addressing colic and providing extra tools for parents to use on those tough days.
My services are available both face-to-face and online.
