Amanda Bernstein is a Sydney based Doula, supporting and empowering women and couples during their maternity journey to have the best possible birth and postpartum experience. She’s there for you physically, emotionally and informative.

Amanda believes that education is a key step to making good decisions that are right for you, putting you in the driver's seat of your birth to help look back without trauma, regret or hindsight. She attends your birth and offers encouragement, motivation, massage, positioning suggestions, aromatherapy with essential oils, homeopathy, acupressure, optimal maternal positioning and spinning babies techniques, photography and more!

Post-birth, Amanda helps you to debrief your birth experience, can assist you with feeding and settling techniques, cook you a meal or even fold a load of laundry – whatever you need. She’s also the founder of Birthary, is an amazing Ka Huna Massage Therapist and offers a mobile Pilates service.
